I have some applications using oracle forms/reports 6i and now I would like to move forward with latest versions but moving forward also means being able
to run my apps on android/apple products, is there a best way to go about developing my new apps that will allow me to run them on PC/MAC or mobile
deviced (ie IPAD) ?

Check ThinForms demo on Youtube. ThinForms from Talkingbyte allows you to run Oracle Forms applications on iPad and Android Tablets, Notebooks and PCs without a JRE (Java Runtime Environment).
