Run Time Error [message #606426]

Hi,
Everyone I am using below technologies
OS = windows 7
DB = oracle 11g EE
ODS = ODS 10g
So far I have create many simple forms which are executing normally.
But when I include any other item(like listItem spl) my form is compiling successfully but not showing any output(May be this is runtime Error)
If you have answer please share with me
I am attaching screen shot of my OP

Screenshot quality is too low to see anything (what "runtime error"? There's no form there, but ... I don't see any "error").

Does Runtime error message display at the bottom?
Form is not showing any output not even other fields.

By the way I got answer list item with combo box gives such error.
If I use list item with popList and Tlist it is working

How to resolve with combo box
