I can't see anything. Please, attach images directly to your messages, on this forum. In order to do so, don't use "Quick Reply" but "Reply" button (right bottom of every message); in there, upload these images.

Sorry, but all I can see now (and previously) is this:

/forum/fa/11567/0/

Either upload images here (as I asked you to), or upload them to a site that actually works. Certainly, a problem might be on my side. If that's the case, wait for someone else who can see those images and provides assistance.

No.

However, I do see you are in Windows 7. Is your version of Forms certified for your version of Windows?

You don't certify it, Oracle does. It is My Oracle Support that contains certification matrices which display which Oracle software product is certified with which operating system.

"Fusion middleware" you mentioned when opening this topic suggests that this is ... what? 11g? Which Windows 7 edition do you use? Note that no Oracle software was ever certified with any Windows 7 Home edition so - if you have it, consider upgrading.

Apparently nothing (as of operating system is concerned).

Unfortunately, I can't say anything based on my own experience because I'm still on Oracle Developer Suite 10g installed on MS Windows XP. See whether JRE does any good (check this recent discussion for more info).

Unfortunately, like Littlefoot, I am on 10g Forms and Windows XP, so I can't offer any helpful advice.
I did once do a test on Windows 7 with Forms 10g with all their patches and it worked, but that wouldn't help you either because you are on 11g Forms.

Dear,
Try to use Internet Explorer.
I am expecting your Weblogic Server - WLS_FORMS are not running.
Please run http://localhost:7001/em & check there Forms Status.

Irfan
