I have Oracle 11g R2 DB installed on Windows server.
When I connect to DB from my own computer, i can connect, open schema browser etc but when I try to display table/procedure/function content it doesn't .
It just waits and when I try to cancel, it says ORA-12152: TNS:unable to send break message

There is no such problem when I connect to toad on server itself.

ORA-12152: TNS:unable to send break message
*Cause: Unable to send break message. Connection probably disconnected.
*Action: Reestablish connection. If the error is persistent, turn
on tracing and reexecute the operation.

Which operating system runs on your own computer? Into which directory did you install TOAD?

If the answers are Windows 7 and C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\..., try to uninstall TOAD and install it directly into C disk's root directory (i.e. C:\Quest\...).
