I'm afraid that downgrading is not supported. It means that you'll have to rewrite it in Forms 6i.

Have a look at this OTN Forms forum discussion, dealing with the same problem you have. There are some tricks, third party options, but there's no an easy way to do it.

Why would you want to do that, anyway?
