What is the reason of this errors and how can we solve this errors.

1. [exec] ERROR at line 1:
[exec] ORA-29540: class com/mysystem/dbWrappers/Base64Utils does not exist

2. [exec] creating search queue - by Service Id
[exec] DECLARE
[exec] *
[exec] ERROR at line 1:
[exec] ORA-20001: Failed to find user for supplied parameter : -1
[exec] ORA-06512: at "MYASD.UTIL", line 932

ORA-29540: class %s does not exist
 *Cause: Java method execution failed to find a class with the indicated name.
 *Action: Correct the name or add the missing Java class.

This is an error YOUR code set, not Oracle.
Check line 932 of MYASD.UTIL
