I have given a task to design a form for chatting on the intranet using developer 6i and oracle 9i.

Is there any solution available>?????

Of course the solution is available. But nothing would be provided readymade to you.

Now, using Oracle forms to develop a chat application, you must have knowledge of Java components. Especially like Enterprise java beans.

Now that you have posted a very high level question of just how to acieve your task, i insist you to do some google search and then try yourself and then come back with your issues.
