In a Form I have the List of Item Which has Used to display the
Tyre Retreaded Status. If the Status Change in that Field i need
to display the Another Window.

When i Apply it in Post_Change it Raise Error.

If it Possible to Done kindly Guide me.

That trigger doesn't fire if you navigate out of that item by mouse, so - your answer is rather questionable.
