As far as I can tell, details here are very short: there's no ".exe". You can't create an EXE file and let users double-click it and run the application. You need to install client software on user's computer, create a shortcut icon on his desktop which will run IFRUN60.exe which will, in turn, start your form (some more info here).

I agree with my friend Little foot.

We cannot create '.exe' file or executable file in Oracle forms. But we can use 'ifrun60.exe' file by creating its shortcut and after updating the short's property one can execute a form by clicking it.
