As already asked to you:

Post a working Test case: create table and insert statements along with the result you want with these data then we will be able work with your table and data. Explain with words and sentences the rules that lead to this result.

I'm also surprised you are not able to find the information on how to post a question in OraFAQ Forum Guide, especially the paragraph about test case.

Post DDL for tables.
Post DML for test data.

Post expected/desired results.

As you refuse to follow our guide, AND you did NEVER feedback nor thank people that helped you, I don't see any reason to help you.
Do you see one?

Regards
Michel

According to table contents, you chose a wrong analytic function, and used in inappropriately. Should have been
nvl(lag(eos) over (order by wk_idnt), 0)
or, possibly,
lag(eos, 1, 0) over (order by wk_idnt)
