I HAVE A TABLE NAME IS BP_TYPE AND COLUMN IS

BP_TYPE_ID, example '02'
BP_NAME example ,'ramy'

I want to say that in sql developer how to pass the value for debuging pl/sql recode which mentioed below please help me.
