Oracle Forms saving problem [message #588884]

I create a data block on a table when I am inserting new record only one record have been saved. Last record no longer exist.

What is block's layout style? Form or tabular? Could you attach form's screenshot which shows records you entered? Mark a record that was saved (or the ones that were not).

How exactly did you enter these two records? I guess you simply overtyped the first record's values. Here's what you should have done:

enter first record's values
create a new record (you'd do that by pressing the arrow DOWN key or by pushing the green PLUS button in Forms toolbar)
a new, empty record is displayed on the screen. If it was a tabular form layout, it would be more obvious; in a form layout, the first record you entered was (kind of) "moved up" and you don't see it any more
now, enter second record's values (the ones we see on the screenshot)
now, save changes (i.e. COMMIT

What is the result now?
