I am a beginner in OBIEE. I have added 8 tables in physical layer and updated the physical diagram also. Tables are as follows

1) Group Master 2) Item Master 3) Requisition Master 4) Requisition Detail 5) Purchase Master 6) Purchase Detail 7) Material Receipt Master Cool Material Receipt Detail.

I just dragged Item Master to BMM Layer and then added group master to the logical table of Item Master and saved. When i checked the global consistency, i got error message "Logical table is not found"

Can you advise me ?

As per your description, you have not created a logical join in the BMM layer. This could be a source of problem you mentioned.

Already created Join in physical Layer. So again it is to be created in BMM layer. If yes, please advise me how to do that.

Yes, you need to build joins in BMM layer as well. Select all the tables of interest and go for generating joins based on a star schema (fact table directly joined to all dimension tables.) concept.
