dear members.
I want to lock some table after I update a many rows for a session and after the transaction unlock those table.would please guide me how to do that.

You should maintain at least 2 meters separation between you and any keyboard until after all of these crazy thoughts no longer exist in your head.

Why do you want to devolve the application into single user mode by taking explicit locks on any table?

LOCK TABLE might be what you are looking for.
