Hi,

Is db_cache_advice = ON still necessary when sga_target is set?

Thanks.

Do not set the parameter, it dates back to release 9.0.1 and is not necessary since the statistics_level parameter was introduced in release 9.2. Do not set this either: the default is always correct.
