I have 2 tables with having values and when i run the form in Oracle Apps Form ,here only some details are not come,

OK, so you have 2 tables. Are they related to each other? If so, how? Only theoretically (because you say so) or truly (because there's a foreign key constraint)? Does every master have its details? Are details correctly inserted into a table (hint: NULLs)?

Ok, thanks Littlefoot..

I have 2 tables ,created join condition also and here i have TPRT_NUMBER in both tables , for example: i entere Tprt number is 123456 and press button ,displays all values and next i enter Tprt number is 45686 ,but not display all values ,only displays some values ,others are not..

What "others"? How do you know that there are "others"?

Please, post a test case (CREATE TABLE and INSERT INTO sample records).
