I am able to connect to the database using sqldeveloper (this is not using tnsnames) but I get the error when I tried to connect on forms 10G. I have same tnsnames.ora copied from 6i. In forms 6i I was able to connect and compile my forms.

I have read/write access to devsuitehome folder.

I laso tried modifying path using set PATH=dir commands, including ORACLE_HOME.


What am I missing here?
