hello i have succusffly install webutil and also i did configuration also using this url

and i succussfuly upload and download .pdf using my form on my test database server my test database its a single database its version also 10.2.0.4.0 .but when i upload and download my .pdf file on my live database server using this same form its give me error while upload

but my question its my test database server and live database both server version are same its 10.2.0.4.0 just only its differece its test database its a single database server and live its a rac database server.
so why this error i got any solution you have please help me in this error because i have not oracle id for help and surrport so can you help me here please

thanks for your reply littlefoot..no i not contact oracle supoort because i do not have oracle help and support id.do you have any solution in this error so suggest me i can try it.

I sugget you get a support ID personally, assuming you're paying for an oracle licence I believe you should have access to oracle support.

just can you tell me this webutil its supported on oracle rac database.right now our organization have no plan for this.if you have any suggestion in this error please guide me i can try it.just can you tell me its webutil support oracle rac or not.because i can connect with my single database server its run successfuly so.

no little foot i not contact them i already told you na.i not have oracle help and surrport id.may b i try db link from this my rac user to single database user.cause this form work successfully on my single database user but not work on my rac database so i connnect this my rac user to this single database user using db link.

yeah but i successfully create db link on this my rac database server can u help me how can i use this db link into my oracle forms.cause i have no idea how to use this db link in oracle forms.just help me into this.

How to use a DB link? As usual - name a table, add @ followed by a database link name. For example:
select * from emp@my_db_link

Do you mean you want to base a block on a dblnked table?
why not create a view on the table with a dblink and base the block on it?
