Hi,
I created my form and I save it (its the first step for deployment application).
Now,I should do this:
Create a configuration section in the Forms Web Configuration page of Oracle
Enterprise Manager Application Server Control so that Oracle Application Server
Forms Services can access your application module.

How to do it ?

I have only Oracle Developer Suite..

You need to install an application server, which I think we told you (maybe it was someone else), it is a LARGE undertaking and even someone with experience will have a long and arduous path to get it installed and working.
I did it once, about 6 years ago and will never do that again. It took about 3 weeks to get it running properly.
