I am developing my PAYROLL application using forms9i version 9.0.2.9.0 with forms services version 9.0.4.0.0, forms has been developed and working fine as I am required but there is a little problem, it is not showing any system error messages like due to any problem system violating integrity constraint etc...

In the above example, default system message should display but it is not.

Kindly resolve this issue.

No, I don't have any on-error trigger, is there any need of this trigger?

Because I have also developed these forms in forms6i and system is displaying system error message at there.

Did you explicitly modify message level (using :SYSTEM.MESSAGE_LEVEL = 25, for example)?

Basically there are two choices here:
1) Something is masking the error message - both on-error triggers and system.message_level can do this, hence the questions.
2) The erorrs you are expecting aren't actually being generated in the first place.

Are you sure the error is being generated?

Yes, because for the cross check I make the same form in forms6i and it is working fine at there and showing error message.
