hi,all
i know the procedure "DBMS_SQL.DESCRIBE_COLUMNS" and the example, the example uses the "dbms_sql.open_cursor",not the ref cursor.
so how to get the information of ref cursor by using describe_columns? or how to get the information of ref cursor by other?

thank in advance!
