WebUtil function problem [message #576534]

I'm using oracle form 10g Webutil_102 and jacob_17 with and the form is test_webutil.fmb, it's a test form was downloaded, I compile my form, it's running well but when i click a button some error "oracle.forms.webutil.clientinfo.GetClientInfo"(on the image attached plz).
I need your help please!
