Anyone having idea about how to copy data betweem oracle server and data file in a user specified format.

Because i am doing migration between MSSQL and MySql.In MSSQL we are using bcp command line utility to copy data between MSSQL and data file.

I never did that. Though, got tired of reading your cries and Googled a little bit for you. Have a look at this words (people used Pentaho Data Integration).

Migration does not only mean copy tables and data to another table, it also means rewriting the application for the new rdbms.
