I have a larg form ( 800 X 600 )

I do not really know what you are asking as it is too generic, but look up or experiment with the following:

SET_WINDOW_PROPERTY(FORMS_MDI_WINDOW,...
SET_WINDOW_PROPERTY('{window name}',...

width, height, window_state
