While running oracle forms builder 10g,am facing error " ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error ".
Please help me out from this.

Verify that the database service is started. Verify that ORACLE_SID parameter is correctly

check your tnsnames.ora
how many tnsnames.ora files do you have on your (assumed) PC? if more than one, are you sure it's using the one you want?
did it ever work?
where is the target database?
