I want to learn more about indexing and its advantages from the begining and to utilize its benefits, can someone refer to some documents , there is one blog in this orafaq but some concepts are little vague like b-tree.

Hi Arif,

Please read the basic sql by oracle press for getting knowledge about indexing then read Performance tuning guide by oracle press for knowing
power of indexing.
