sir i have download and install weblogic ser 12 and oracle 11g forms and report.
But i need oracle patchset and how can it download from oracle

If you have a support contract, download patchsets from support.oracle.com. If you have no support contract, you cannot apply patches.

Man, you are talking about software that took millions of man-hours to develop. It is not free.
