How can we run forms & Reports from server through internet dear i mean that i want to install forms, reports and database on server and not intrested to install runtime on client computers so pls tell me is is possible if yes then what can i do for this

You need to deploy the application on the web. Have a look at the following document: Oracle Application Server Forms Services - Deployment Guide 10g (9.0.4) (or find another one that covers the same subject).
