We have installed oracle 11g release 2(11.2.0.1). We only install patch 10248523.
Oracle already release several patches but we could not install any patch after 10248523.
Can any one help us how to install patch (CPU and PSU) step by step

You can read Readme.txt from the Patch ".zip" file.

We have the same version 11.2.0.1, and we are in the process of upgrading to 11.2.0.3 on our development server. After completing this on development we will be doing it on production, I'm reading up Oracle Upgrade documentation to figure out how to do this.
I'll keep you posted, as how it goes.
