I have tried installing Oracle Database 11g R2 numerous times but it always finish with database configuration assistant warning.

Error starting database control,Please execute following command(s).

1) Set the environment variable ORACLE_UNQNAME to database unique name.

2) E:\app\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\bin\emctl.bat
Start dbconsole

i have already set the environment variable of ORACLE_HOSTNAME AND ORACLE_UNQNAME .
and installed lopback adapter

Hi,

As per me it is just a warning message try to start enterprice console in command prompt as
set oracle_sid=sidname
emctl start dbconsole
