You need a consultant not an answer from a forum and first of all you need to know the Oracle version you have.
First read Clusterware Administration and Deployment Guide

And why starting from an obsolete version?
Anyway, there is the same book fro 10.2.

Is this the same system you asked about a month ago? http://www.orafaq.com/forum/mv/msg/182415/559138/148813/#msg_559138
You never said if you got that one working.

There are many possible ways. It depends on your hardware, operating system, requirements, budget, standards, numerous factors. Perhaps someone here can help, but really I think it is beyond the scope of a forum question. If you would like consultancy, let me know. Smile
