The error (that does not come from Oracle but from your application) is clear: "Either the Object Engine has not been linked with the required libraries, or the DLLs for those libraries are not in your search path." and the action to take is also clear: " For more information, consult the release notes for this Connect product.".
We repeat: the error does not come from Oracle you didn't even reach Oracle.

Michel

What does it means, can you please help me to understand.

Object Engine has not been linked with the required libraries, or the DLLs for those libraries are not in your search path.

What can we say more than sometimes the program is able to reach the libraries sometimes not.
So investigate on your server if, for instance, a FS is unmounted from time to time. Or if, in your script, sometimes the environment variables are correctly set and sometimes not.
Once again it is NOT an Oracle issue, it is an OS one. You have to investigate at OS side, NOT at Oracle side.

Thanks for the update. Here the sentence "Database client libraries are inaccessible" is made me(applicaiton team asked) to check in oracle DB/client side, The problem with OS means, do you means that the problem is due to oracle ld_library_path is inaccessible/any profile setting . But this is a cron job scheduled on OS side. If error in the script thie will not run for some other day..
