We have ASFU License for Oracle 10g and Forms 6i. Now Planning to upgrade to Oracle 11g and Forms 10g. Is the current License is enough? Or need to buy a new license?

No, it is not enough unless your license is also for the future versions.
In short, it depends on your license contract and so only you and your Oracle contact can answer this.

As Michel said, having licenses may not be enough:
License = right to use software.
Maintenance = right to upgrade / use new versions.
Support = right to log SR's, get patches, etc.
If I remember correctly, run-time licenses for Forms 6i in terminal mode was "free of charge". However, to upgrade to Forms 10g you probably need Application Server licenses (web mode).
