When a TS is defined like this EXTENT MANAGEMENT LOCAL UNIFORM SIZE 10M
each extent will be 10M.

If I have a tablespace defined as EXTENT MANAGEMENT LOCAL AUTOALLOCATE
is there anyway I can tell how big the next extent will be?

It will be at least as large MAX(BYTES) from DBA_EXTENTS for that tablespace.
