you have some 500 Db how will u check the alertlog file. do u do it manually or is their any tool to check the alertlog files. Please give the tools details and how to check it.

Chandran, this is your seventh question in two hours. What is your situation? Are you, for example, just starting in a new job? Or writing a response to a tender document? Or developing a project plan for something?
If you can explain what the underlying issue is (not just a long list of short questions) someone might be able to point you in the correct direction for research.

Thank you for explaining your situation. It makes a bit more sense now.
All the questions you have asked will be known to anyone with basic DBA kNowledge, ie, up to OCP level. The official training for this is the two Oracle Uni courses that make up the introductory curriculum: DBA Workshop 1 and Workshop 2. If you don't have this knowledge, I really do not think that it is possible to learn in a day by asking questions on a forum. Instead, I would advise studying the documentation, and at the very least go through the 2 Day DBA guide (all of it! Appendixes too!) doing all the examples:
