Well, you could "Report message to a moderator" (there's a link in a right bottom corner of every message) and ask moderator stuff to delete it.

However, moderators do their job quite efficiently on this forum and they detect duplicates and handle such situations daily, so - you don't have to worry about it.

I believe you can delete your own post, or at least edit it and remove the content, if nobody has responded to it, and it hasn't been too long since you posted it.

As previously stated, you can edit your post for a limited period of time, as long as nobody has responded to it yet. If either anybody has responded to it or it has been too long, then you cannot edit it.

i think most of the forums lack the option to delete your own posts. you have to contact your admini or a moderator to do so,
