Can you please explain what is:-
dbam.tablespace_mon(2,TRUE);
It is taking lot of cpu and cost.

Looks like a custom procedure. Google gives only 1 result when searching on "tablespace_mon"

Ask the one that wrote it, it is not Oracle standard.
