Maybe using TO clause?
In normal restore you have not to specify where you have to restore it, RMAN knows it from your init.ora or spfile.

Thanks Michel,
To clause can do it.
restore controlfile to 'E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\oradata\acf\control01.ctl'
from 'E:\OracleBacup\ACFCTL_ACF_20080904_222.CTL';
