i want to upgrade my database version is 10.2.0.1.0 to 10.2.0.4.0 please telme steps and patch information on windows

Bheema, I've split this from your previous topic because it is a different subject.
To answer the question, you need to logon to My Oracle Support. and download the 10.2.0.4 patchset. It comes with complete documentation. Of course, you need a support contract with Oracle to be able to do this. If you don't have one,l you cannot upgrade.

Is it for RAC ? Or for Single instance?

If it is RAC then First you should download 10.2.0.4 patch set and update CRS first...
then Upgrade Database Both Using OUI.
