hii Littlefoot,

Thanks for quick reply,

I already searched in the forum but got posts for running PLSQL procedure from Unix, But this is exactly opposite of that. and here Unix and Oracle servers are different.

Say unix server is 97.253.20.170:31543 and
Oracle server is: 97.253.32.155:31540

So how to call the script on Unix server from the procedure on Oracle server..???

Pls help..

Read what Thomas said in this topic and follow the link.

Then, Ask Tom discussion.

Additionally, a Oracle External Procedure to Run Host Commands blog entry.

Google for some more.
