SQL> select block_size from v$controlfile;

BLOCK_SIZE
----------
     16384

SQL> show parameter db_block_size;

NAME                                 TYPE        VALUE
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
db_block_size                        integer     8192




the 2 can have difference block size?

It seems unless he stripped his output which is possible as the result is the same for each control file and it does not add any information to have 1 or several times the same value.
Anyway, this is not the question.
