Hi All,

I have to work on Oracle Text Search in my database and I am new to this topic & had not used much. I have been unable to find enough literature on the best way to use it. Can anyone recommend a good book that I could buy or point me towards a good online article?

Its really urgent for me to have grip on this topic ASAP, so its a request to everyone experts out there, please tell me some good book on this topic.

I don't know of any books that cover Oracle Text well, other than the online documentation, which covers it pretty well. Try the Oracle Text Reference and the Oracle Text Application Developer's Guide in the links below. I learned by reading these things and experimenting and reading the Text sub-forum on this forum and the Text sub-forum on the OTN forums and searching on the internet, especially on Tom Kyte's site. Tom Kyte also had a chapter on Oracle Text in one of his books that I read.
