In case it will help anyone: Data Pump ignores the resumable_timeout parameter, it has a hardcoded value of 7200. The only way to raise this is by changing the parameter with ALTER SYSTEM while the Data Pump job is in progress. This is documented in article 871885.1. The article specifies release 11.1.0.7, but I have hit this exact problem with 11.2.0.2. You have been warned.
