How I solve this crash. I just have a copy from datafiles,controlfiles and redo from an one day before the crash. I try replace like a cold backup but the database return the same error below asking from a redo file with the date after the copy.

SQL> startup

Database is lost unless you use not supported way to retrieve it.
I advise you to call Oracle to help you to retrieve the database then to make regular backups.
