The sixth row in your test case has three columns, the others have 2 columns.

It would be helpful if you provided DDL (CREATE TABLE ...) for tables involved.
It would be helpful if you provided DML (INSERT INTO ...) for test data.

Please format examples with code tags:

48.0% Oracle

17.4% Microsoft
03.5% Sybase
03.4% Teradata

Done that already. And i do not suppose i have gone against any of the forum rules here (or in any of my previous posts for that matter).
I have also learned a lot just by reading the posts in this forum. I just love this forum and the people around here. No offense, its just that sometimes blackswan gets a way too hard on people. This topic sort of is like seeing a big bully being bullied. Smile
