How can I create a matrix report in oracle report builder 6i which shows the total balance of different department and the total balance come from govt sector & private sector(i.e summation of govt+private). the total balance result shows must be 3 different weeks(for eg. 1.1.2011,8.1.2011 and 15.1.2011)
