Oracle PL/SQL Developer (m/f)
to support the Zurich-based team in the development and delivery of our solutions Quartal COMMISSION and Quartal FEE MANAGER.
Designation: PL/SQL Developer, 2-5 years experience
Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Mission
Extend and enhance the core business logic of our product in Oracle PL/SQL
Analyze, design and develop new customer functionality and enhancements to the product core
Integrate our solutions into the customer environment in close cooperation with our consultants
Provide 3rd-level-support for running installations
Participate in workgroups for continuous process- and quality-improvement
Constantly learn and improve in an agile scrum environment
Be a strong and reliable partner for your colleagues
Requirements
University degree in computer science or similar
Strong software engineering skills in object oriented and relational data modeling
Working experience with PL/SQL development in real-life projects
1-2 year full time experience in software engineering and database development
Experience with Oracle 10/11g
Strong analytical skills
Working knowledge of English
Additionally the following skills are an asset:
Working knowledge of German
Experience with high-volume bulk data processing in PL\SQL
PL/SQL optimization & tuning
Working experience in a banking environment, the financial industry or in particular the fund industry
Knowledge of agile methods and scrum
Experience in data and process modeling with UML, usecase-oriented requirements engineering
Experience in Crystal Reports, Subversion, TOAD, SQLDeveloper
