when i try to create a table it says its still in
usage

if i try to drop a table it says it doesnt exist

what is wrong and is there a command to totally
delete everything in a data base.

hi,
you can totally remove you tables from the server while you are on the local pc,
just type
drop table your-table-name cascade constraints
