Hi,
I have just started my carrier as Orcale developer(10g) can you please suggest me the appropriate certifications required . If possible please provide some study materials or links.

No certification is required but read the documentation and make exercises is:

Database SQL Reference

PL/SQL User's Guide and Reference
Application Developer's Guide - Fundamentals
