As my Understanding.

1- Add one column in Database
Print_Job char(2).

2- Update it through After Report Trigger (FR - Sc) Against Each Session User

3- Write Code Behind a Button
Check it Against Each Session User - It is First Time or Second time print and Validate it.

Hope you'll Get Idea.

Regards,

Irfan

Then you can't do this.
If you don't store in the db whether or not you've run the report, how are you going to know you're running it for a second time?

I don't know anything about ERP but the basic point stands:
If you can't record the fact that you've run the report somewhere you can't do this.

I asked DBA to add the column for me.
He added print date column and i check it if it is null nothing will be done while if it is not not null draft word will be printed.

Another question if I want draft word to be printed in the background and i do not want other object to move with it when i run the report.what properties for draft text i should change?
Thanks
